* apt install -y postfix postgresql apache2 libapache2-mod-fcgid spawn-fcgi
  * domain: <SYMPA_PUBLIC_URL>
* apt install -y sympa
  * db: postgresql
  * pass: sympa

* vim /etc/sympa/sympa/sympa.conf
  * listmaster: <LISTMASTER>

  * wwsympa_url:     http://<SYMPA_PUBLIC_URL>/wws
* a2enmod rewrite proxy_fcgi
* vim /etc/apache2/sites-available/sympa.conf
